Meghan has training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, brief solution focused therapy, trauma informed care, and trauma interventions. She has worked with women experiencing violence in their relationships for over a decade and has a special interest in working with survivors of sexual violence, relationship issues, and life transitions. Meghan works alongside individuals 16+, recognizes that reaching out for support is courageous, and is committed to walking alongside you as you gain personal growth.

    Sam is a student therapist pursuing her Master’s of Counselling. Sam is compassionate and dedicated to working alongside you toward your goals. She takes a collaborative, strength based approach and is trained in narrative therapy. Sam creates a safe, non-judgemental space for those who may be struggling or looking for a place to process changes and challenges.
